Kent Savagian
Kent Savagian is a Managing Director in GLC Advisors’ Global Restructuring practice, based in Los Angeles. He has more than 35 years of experience advising media and entertainment, content, and consumer-facing companies on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and complex capital markets transactions.
David Bluth
David Bluth is a Managing Director and helps lead GLC Advisors’ Technology Investment Banking practice. Mr. Bluth is focused on advising middle-market software and technology services companies, and is responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, providing clients access to an extensive network of private equity and strategic buyer relationships, and leading client M&A and capital raising transactions from the point of engagement through deal negotiations and closing. Mr. Bluth provides hands-on, client-first advice and senior-level judgement garnered through nearly 20 years of M&A and capital markets experience.
Mr. Bluth is a board member for SOFTWAREColorado, a Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Advisor, and a frequent speaker on Technology M&A and other topics pertinent to entrepreneurs and business owners of growing technologies businesses.
Mr. Bluth is dedicated to giving back to his local community and is a former board member and community volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Inc., and a former member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s Nationwide Leadership Council.
Jim Williams
Jim Williams is a Managing Director with GLC Advisors, where he helps lead the firm’s Technology investment banking group. He has been advising Software, Internet, and Tech-enabled Services clients and executing M&A and private capital raising transactions for entrepreneurs, founders, and financial sponsors for close to 15 years.
Sean Cannon
Sean Cannon is a Managing Director at GLC with over 14 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Cannon joined GLC in 2013 and has advised companies, creditors and sponsors on over $33 billion of transactions including restructurings, recapitalizations, financings, mergers and acquisitions across a range of industry sectors including healthcare, consumer, retail, gaming, media, telecom and tax-exempt finance.
Examples of Mr. Cannon’s recent transactions include Carestream Health, Endo International, Great Lakes Senior Living, iHeartMedia, Healogics, Hertz, JCPenny, McClatchy, Stimwave Technologies, Toys R Us, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, among others.
Robert H. Swindell
Robert H. Swindell has been a Managing Director at GLC Advisors & Co., LLC since 2013.
Mr. Swindell has worked on a number of assignments including M&A, out of court work outs, and financings primarily in the consumer, business services, energy, mining and healthcare industries.
Steven Cramer
Mr. Cramer brings more than 25 years of experience advising companies, founders, entrepreneurs and financial sponsors in the technology, media and entertainment, and hospitality sectors on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and debt and equity financings.
Mr. Cramer’s expertise includes media and entertainment content and distribution, casino gaming, convenience and route-based gaming, igaming and online sports betting, and gaming and hospitality software and services.
Alex Geier
Alex Geier joined GLC in 2020 and leads the firm’s Healthcare practice. He has more than 25 years of overall experience across Services, Digital Health/HCIT, Medical Devices and Life Sciences, as well as deep subject matter expertise in the public and private credit markets. Representative transactions at GLC include Carestream Health, Healogics, Invacare, SpineOne and StimWave Technologies.
Abe Han
Abe Han is a Managing Director of GLC Advisors, which he co-founded in 2009. Based in New York office, he has worked with companies and their creditors on a number of assignments including bankruptcy reorganizations, exchange offers, out-of-court workouts, M&A, financings and recapitalizations for approximately 25 years. Recent assignments include roles in: City of Detroit, Jefferson County, Puerto Rico, Colt Defense, Rivers Casino, Visteon, UCI International, RCS Capital, Fallbrook Technologies and Invacare Corporation.
